1. 经济下滑。这个英文说法比较多：economic slowdown, downturn, economic slump, sluggish economy etc.

2. 经济危机尚未见底，可以说has yet to hit the bottom 或者是has yet bottomed out.

3、重点产业调整和振兴计划。调整可以说adjustment 或者readjustment, 振兴可以说revitalize, rejuvinate, reinvigorate. 个人觉得最好翻译成reinvigoration and reorientation plan of key sectors.

最近做了一个宴会的翻译，其中涉及到一些植物方面的小词，一起分享。

1、胡杨。不知道怎样就讲到了新疆的胡杨。说新疆的戈壁沙漠里的胡杨，千年不死，死了千年不倒，倒了千年不腐。意思倒是好翻，就是胡杨这个词不会。但是胡杨就不会了，只记得杨树是poplar。于是只要凑活翻成a kind of poplar。结束后查了一些网上，才知道叫Euphrates poplar. 所以整句可以翻成：The Euphrates poplar can live for a thousand years. After it dies, it can stand still for a thousand years. Even it falls, it can still stay intact for another thousand years. 后来温总理在剑桥大学的演讲里也用到这句话。这句话的意思是翻出来了，总觉得还是少了些韵味。想了半天，还是觉得没有什么好的翻译法。
